Allie comes from a Naval family so has moved around the
country and spent time in the USA before moving to Lismore to study at Southern Cross
University.
Allie completed a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports
Science. She then moved to Western Australia with her partner to complete her
postgraduate studies in Exercise Rehabilitation at the University of Western
Australia.
Allie came out of this degree with an accreditation from ESSA
as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, a particular interest in cardiac rehab
and a passion for using exercise to help the community. Allie grew up swimming
and playing water polo, however, has now turned into a regular ‘gym junkie’.
Allie’s interests include going to the gym, the beach, seeing
family and friends, catching up with Tom, and being a proud South Sydney
Rabbitohs supporter. I am looking forward to working with the communities of South
West Rocks, Kempsey and Port Macquarie.
(Special
interests: Exercise and cardiac rehabilitation,
Pilates, group program management ie: diabetes, falls prevention, hydrotherapy)
